Merging PDFs is one of the most common document tasks — and one of the easiest to get wrong if your tool reorders pages or strips bookmarks.
1. Rename your files first
Before uploading, rename files so they sort in the order you want:

- Drag in all the files you want to combine.
- Reorder by dragging thumbnails and remove any blank pages.
3. Merge and verify
Click merge, then check that page order is correct, page count matches, and bookmarks carried over for longer documents.
4. Name and save
Use a clear dated filename — something like proposal-acme-2026-06-03.pdf.
